SIBYLLE BECK
Sibylle Beck studied music, math and theology at the educational college, she worked as a primary and secondary school teacher till 2008 and she volunteered at the CVJM’s youth and community work and the evangelical church of Baden for 10 years. Today she is leading ICF Karlsruhe together with her husband Steffen.
STEFFEN BECK
Steffen Beck graduated from the seminary in Wuppertal (school of evangelists “Johanneum”).
He worked as a youth and music advisor at the CVJM state association of Baden from 1991 to 2001.
In the year 2002 he founded ICF Karlsruhe together with his wife Sibylle. Since 2007 he is voluntary board chairman of the evangelical alliance Karlsruhe.
MANUEL VON KAHLDEN
Manuel von Kahlden worked for many years as an industrial business management assistant and volunteered as a youth leader at the CVJM. In the year 2004 he went to the leadership school LTC of Willow Creek Switzerland. He is the executive pastor at ICF and thus responsible for our celebrations and all operational tasks.
MICHAEL HOFFMANN
Micha Hoffman studied telecommunications and he works as a manager in a planning office in Karlsruhe. He volunteered at an evangelical non-dominational church for many years.
He attended the workshop of church development in Ditzing part time.
Since 2007 he is part of the leadership team of ICF Karlsruhe.
